Orange Palms Studio is led by co-founders Eric Brown and Shane Sandler, a writing-driven producing team brought together by a shared love of filmmaking.
Eric is a writer and producer with a strong foundation in performance and a deep understanding of story, structure, and the practical realities of filmmaking. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood on scholarship, where his background in acting sharpened his instincts for character and dialogue.
Originally on a path to play college football, Eric chose to pursue the arts, a decision that ultimately led him toward writing and producing. While his training began in acting, he quickly gravitated toward the creative and logistical sides of filmmaking, discovering a passion for shaping stories from the ground up.
After working under established producers and gaining firsthand experience across development and production, Eric is now focused on building original projects through Orange Palms Studio, bringing a disciplined, collaborative approach to every stage of the process.

Shane Sandler is an actor, writer and producer focused on developing stories with a strong emotional and commercial core. His work is rooted in grounded performances, sharp dialogue and an interest in morally complex characters navigating pressure-filled worlds.
Alongside acting, Shane has spent the past several years building projects from the ground up — writing original material, packaging independent features and collaborating closely with directors and producers to move stories from page to screen.
Through Orange Palms Studio, Shane continues to develop original film projects while pursuing roles that challenge him creatively and push his work forward on both sides of the camera.
